  1. Once your account is approved, we'll send you a complimentary Point of Sale starter kit. This includes brochures, sample jewellery, and ashes collection kits to help you get started.
  2. You can place orders quickly and easily through our trade website, or by contacting our friendly team who will be happy to assist you.
  3. Our average turnaround time is 3 weeks from the moment we receive the ashes at our studio.

  • How do we get paid a commission?

    We don't operate on a commission basis. Instead, you charge your customer the full Recommended Retail Price (RRP) as shown on our trade website. We will then invoice you for the RRP minus your agreed Trade Discount.

  • 30 Day Credit Terms as Standard

    We understand the challenges of managing cash flow as a small business. That's why you won't need to pay until your order has been dispatched — or within 30 days of placing it, whichever comes first. This gives you time to collect payment from your customer before settling your invoice.

  • What if there is a problem with a customer order?

    With thousands of jewellery pieces crafted, your customers are in safe hands. If there's ever an issue with an order, our dedicated customer service team is here to help. Our in-house workshop offers ring resizing, polishing, repairs, and replating to ensure a swift turnaround.

  • Where will the order be delivered?

    By default, we ship orders directly to your business, allowing you to personally present the jewellery to your customer. Prefer it sent straight to them instead? Just let us know — we’re happy to arrange it.
