How Does it Work
- Once your account is approved, we'll send you a complimentary Point of Sale starter kit. This includes brochures, sample jewellery, and ashes collection kits to help you get started.
- You can place orders quickly and easily through our trade website, or by contacting our friendly team who will be happy to assist you.
- Our standard turnaround time is 10 working days from the moment we receive the ashes at our workshop.

How do I place my order?
You can place your order directly through our website or via one of our authorised partners.
Once we receive your order, we'll send you a pack containing an order form, ring sizer, ashes pouch & spoon, and a Freepost envelope. Here is a walkthrough video showing how to package the ashes and ship them to us. https://youtu.be/RuGW83kWgR0

Do not send all of the ashes; only 1 level spoonful of ashes is required.

How long will it take to make my piece of jewellery?
Your finished piece of silver jewellery will usually be returned to you within 2 to 3 weeks from the date we receive your completed order kit containing the ashes. 9ct Gold pieces require a little more time, around 4 to 5 weeks.
You'll receive regular updates via our automated email system so you can follow the progress of your jewellery every step of the way. Once our team has completed your piece, we'll send you a dispatch notification. Your order is then sent by Royal Mail tracked 24 Hour service, which will then send you a text and email message with a delivery window.

Can you send my order to a different address?
Yes, absolutely. We can deliver your order to any address you choose, whether that's your home, workplace, or directly to the funeral directors. Simply let us know your preferred delivery location when placing your order.

What methods of payment are accepted?
All major credit cards are accepted, including American Express. We also offer Klarna pay in 3 installments which are available at checkout.

How do I get updates about my order?
We'll keep you updated every step of the way with regular email notifications, so you'll always know how your order is progressing. If you're not receiving these updates, please check your spam or junk folder first. If they're not there, simply call or email us and we'll be happy to investigate.

What if my piece of memorial jewellery is faulty?
Every piece of jewellery undergoes a thorough quality check before it is approved for delivery. However, if you do spot any fault, please contact our customer service team by email or phone, they'll be happy to assist you.

What Happens to the ashes?
We handle all cremation ashes with the utmost dignity, respect, and care. They remain securely sealed and clearly labelled until the moment they are carefully enclosed within the murano glass gemstone. If more ashes are provided than are needed to create the glass stone, the remaining ashes will be safely returned to you in a sealed bag, along with your finished piece.

What kind of Glass is Used?
We are unique in that we use colourful Italian murano glass to craft a beautifully exquisite glass gemstone enclosing your loved ones ashes. Our glass is scratch resistant and will withstand daily wear and tear. There simply is no comparison to our beautiful cremation jewellery.

How do I care for my cremation jewellery?
You can enjoy wearing your memorial jewellery most of the time. However, we recommend removing it when doing housework, sunbathing, applying perfume or lotion, or while showering and bathing.
To clean your jewellery, simply use a soft cloth and mild soapy water to avoid any damage to the piece. For more tips, please see our Jewellery Care & Refurbishment page.
All of our jewellery comes with a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects.

Can I include ashes for more than one person?
Yes, you can send us more than one set of ashes. This can be a beautiful way to unite loved ones—such as both parents—so they can be together always. Please ensure each set of ashes is clearly labelled.

Can I add hair into your memorial jewellery?
Unfortunately not. As we make murano glass gemstones, the molten glass will burn the hair.

Can you include pet ashes into the memorial jewellery?
Yes, but no fur. Just like hair, fur will burn when it touches the molten glass.

Can I get the jewellery engraved?
Yes, all of our jewellery pieces can be engraved.

Do your charm beads fit pandora bracelets?
Yes they do. All our beautiful charm beads fit standard Pandora bracelets, as well as all major charm bracelets.
