Production & Delivery Times

Silver Jewellery

Our standard dispatch time for silver jewellery is 2 - 3 weeks from the date we receive your loved one's ashes. This applies to all Sterling Silver items of jewellery, including charms.

Gold Jewellery

For 9ct Gold pieces please allow approximately 3 to 5 weeks from from the date we receive your loved one's ashes.

As soon as your loved ones ashes arrive with us you will receive an email notification, and we will keep you updated throughout the manufacturing process.

Once your jewellery has been crafted and passed our final quality checks, you'll receive an email confirming that it has been dispatched.

We ship all jewellery using a Royal Mail 24 tracked service. On the day of delivery, you'll receive a delivery window via email. You can also reschedule the delivery or choose to collect it from your local post office.

All orders are shipped in plain packaging for discretion.
