Production & Delivery Times

Our standard dispatch time is 2 to 3 weeks from the date we receive your loved one's ashes at our workshop. This applies to all Sterling Silver items of jewellery, except for rings for which we only stock standard sizes. If your ring size is not a standard stock size, it will take around 4 weeks to complete.

For 9ct Gold pieces or non-standard ring sizes, please allow approximately 3 to 5 weeks from the time we receive your completed order confirmation form and ashes.

Once your jewellery has been crafted and passed our final quality checks, you'll receive an email confirming that it has been dispatched.

We ship all jewellery using a Royal Mail 24 tracked service. On the day of delivery, you'll receive a delivery window via email. You can also reschedule the delivery or choose to collect it from your local DPD pickup shop.

All orders are shipped in plain branded packaging for discretion.
