Jewellery Care
We know how special your new jewellery is to you, and that you’ll want to wear and cherish it for years to come.
Like all jewellery, though, there are some important care tips to keep in mind to help protect it during everyday wear.
tip 1: Remove when cleaning
Household cleaning products contain harsh chemicals that can instantly damage your jewellery's finish. Rings are especially prone to bending and scratching.
tip 2: Remove when showering or bathing
Everyday products like shampoo and body wash can dull and damage the finish of your jewellery. Always take it off before washing.
tip 3: Remove in direct sunlight or at the nail salon
UV exposure and extreme heat can damage resin and other finishes. Avoid wearing rings under UV/LED nail lamps.
tip 4: Remove when swimming
Chlorinated and saltwater are both highly damaging to Rhodium plating and resin. Always take your jewellery off before entering the water.
tip 5: Remove when applying beauty products
Perfume, hair spray, lotions, and hand sanitiser contain chemicals that can harm your jewellery. Apply them before putting your piece on.
tip 6: Avoid knocks and bumps
Striking hard surfaces can bend metal and dislodge crystals. Handle your jewellery with care to preserve its shape and setting.

High Quality Raw Materials
Our jewellery is crafted from only the highest quality raw materials, including 925 Sterling Silver and 9k solid Gold.
To help prevent tarnishing, our Sterling Silver pieces are coated with a fine layer of Rhodium plating. This reduces the need for regular polishing and protects the silver from tarnishing.
In the unlikely event that you manage to damage the stone, we will remake the stone free of charge under our 5 year warranty, using a new spoon of ashes.
Care for Your glass Gemstone
Your loved ones ashes are suspended inside a colourful glass gemstone made in house by our talented glassmakers. The glass is scratch resistant and very tough, but it must be treated with care to ensure it is not damaged.
To help prevent breakage or scratching, rings should be worn with care. Hard knocks against surfaces could scratch the glass, and really heavy knocks could even break the stone.
Over time, this Rhodium plating will wear off and may require re-plating. Exposure to chemicals like bleach, detergents, and perfumes can accelerate this process, revealing the silver underneath and causing it to tarnish.

Refurbishment Service
All our jewellery is tested by UK-accredited laboratories to ensure it meets REACH Directive (1907/2006) standards, including safe levels of nickel and cadmium.
Our Fixed Fee Refurbishment Service restores your jewellery to like-new condition for just £59. This includes minor repairs, polishing, and replacing missing stones. If a piece cannot be repaired, we'll contact you to discuss the options.
